All around 29 A3C sport cars were built within the ISO name. Five of these twenty nine cars were bodied inside plastic/fiberglass by Piero Drogo with Carrozzeria Sports Cars in Modena. A3Cs were widely competed. Some cars entered the 1964 and 1965 The Mans 24 hour, 1965 Nürburgring 1000 and 1965 Sebring.
